At Raevlo, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In the original packaging, where applicable
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number
Items that are used, damaged, or returned after the 30-day period may not be eligible for a refund.
2. How to Request a Return

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. We will provide return instructions when your request is approved.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Original shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or the item arrived defective or damaged.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us at zentlyllc@gmail.com as soon as possible.
Please include your order number and, where appropriate, photos of the item so we can review the issue and help resolve it.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products may not be eligible for return for hygiene, safety, customization, or other applicable reasons. Any such restrictions will be stated on the applicable product page or communicated before purchase.
6. Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item.
